ABOUT ME

The Pursuit of Being The Best I Can Be

My name is Adam Jeannette, and my pursuit of being the best I can be began at a young age. Growing up, I was not the most naturally gifted athlete. I played baseball in high school and college, so training to perform better was something I started during my senior year of high school. My friends were all stronger and more athletic than me. I was weak and tried everything just to catch up. Since I had no guidance, I began training hard in the weight room, but not smart. This approach led to a stress fracture in my lower back (L3) in the Winter of 2017. Although I thought I knew enough about training at 17-years-old to progress towards my goals, I obviously did not. Luckily, this injury healed in time for my Freshman season at Mercyhurst University. That first year in college, I had a strength coach to guide me in my training, but for the other 3 years, I did not. Because of this, I began designing training programs to utilize myself. At first this worked, but then I quickly plateaued. To make progress, I needed different training methods from what I have done in the past. I took it upon myself to research the best ways to train, and through countless hours of trial and error, I created a system that has helped not only myself but many other athletes who have worked with me succeed.
